We were there October 30 - November 8. We spent the first part of our trip in La Fortuna and stayed at Nayara Arenal. We did visit the hot springs at Tabacon and really enjoyed it. How lucky you are to have relatives in Costa Rica. We had a blast!! SO JEALOUS! Your vacay looks frickin&#39; fab.<br /><br />I love traveling to see the local stores (markets, stands, etc) and the sight seeing. Food definitely too....I love it all!!!<br /><br />Most of all I just love exploring and learning new things.
